Not 'Vandy'lized

Well, the University of Michigan's football team kicked off it's 2006/07 football season in solid fashion, with a 27-7 win over the Commodores of Vanderbilt. Michael Hart went over the century mark in rushing yards, and our defense was outstanding from about the middle of the 2nd quarter on. We did not take any shots downfield, however, and let Vandy hang around for longer than I would've liked. But, we got the 'W', are defense looked fast and mean, and our secondary didn't resemble swiss cheese. So bring on CMU next week, where I hope we show improvement from today's game.
